The consultant couldn't get my name right despite being corrected MULTIPLE TIMES. I was also very disappointed with the selection especially for bigger sizes. I couldn't try on dresses that fit so I had to imagine how I would actually look in them. The consultant also didn't take anyeasurements or put me in a slip/bra to try the dresses on with a better idea of how they're supposed to look. Very disappointed in the expiernce as a whole.

Thank you Diamond Bride & Tux for finding me the most perfect, gorgeous vintage-style wedding dress and beautiful navy blue bridesmaid dresses for my big day (this July 2016)! So I have been to this bridal shop for a previous wedding excursion. The experience then was excellent . So I tried on dresses for the first time yesterday for my next adventure which is my wedding. I worked with Karen. She was so amazing, friendly and nice. She and the staff made me feel so welcome and not rushed. I went with an open mind and tried on dresses to see what styles I liked and didn't like. I never thought I would find the perfect dress on the very first day. Just by chance, I stumbled upon this place, looking to avoid the more "big box" store experience. I am sooo blessed and grateful that I did! I found the dress of my dreams on the first visit and was offered a nice discount and price. They associates were all very attentive, fun, knew their stuff, and willing to help or offer suggestions. The seamstress was amazing, I saved quite a bit of time and money not having to shop around for someone to make alterations to my dress.
