Fabulous ! Went here today for my sister-in-law & after being very disappointed with the service at Posh, we stopped here. BEAUTIFUL, stunning, unique gowns. The consultant was so accommodating but not pushy. The designer/owner was there & she felt so special. It was an incredible experience.
I loved Karen and Galina my dress was exactly what I was looking for. Customer service was top notch!!! However the quality of the dress was terrible. Within the first hour of my reception the front tore and my bustle didn’t hold so my dress drug on the floor all night causing the whole dress to ripe in the back. I’m so sad because I dearly wanted to preserve it. But with all the issues, and rips it would cost way more than it’s worth. And I already paid too much in alterations. I understand that shipping mistakes and difficulties happen, however, Diamond Bride could have been more apologetic. Instead they told me that I should have requested a rush order in March for my August 11 wedding. My dresses were over a month late and the shop did little to try to make up for their mistakes in timelines. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
I loved the entire experience here! We went to find bridesmaids dresses after trying a few other stores first, and this felt much more genuine and trustworthy than the others. Colby and Mikayla were so knowledgeable and helpful, without being pushy at all. This place is a hidden gem. Thank you for helping us look and feel beautiful for this special day!
I needed a bridesmaids dress for my brothers wedding May 12 and ended up at Diamond Bride after several bridal shops told me it was too late to order a dress with extra length. I am 6 feet tall and it was 14 weeks before the wedding. Diamond was able to order me the dress, add the extra length and have it to me 40 days before the wedding. I had it altered there as well and the dress was BEAUTIFUL when I picked it up. Not a single wrinkle either. They also waived one of the fees for the dress for me!
