I said YES TO THE DRESS at Diamond Bride! This was such a fun experience and all staff was a pleasure to work with. I did a double appointment with my best friend, and we both walked out both getting our dream dresses. Out of the 6 bridal stores I went to in Minnesota, this was by far one of the best experiences! Colby and his colleagues exceeded all my wedding visions for my dress. Not everyday you get to try on wedding dresses with the original designer! SO FUN!
I was helped by James and Crosby and they were absolutely wonderful! They were helpful and full of great ideas! They didn’t rush us or anything (and it was close to 8pm!). They were welcoming from the very start and the entire I was there I felt like they truly cared about me finding my perfect dress! I definitely recommend this place!
James was amazing and I would recommend anyone to go!
I didn’t have an issue with the bridal place but I do not recommend getting your alterations done there. My dress fit perfct in my ribs the first time I tried it on and she said it needed to be taken in. The second time I tried it on, it didnt fit by the top of my ribs. The third time (the day before my wedding) it still didnt fit in my ribs. She made me feel like it was my fault even though I have no fat in my rib area and was extrememly rude about it. Employees are super helpful, and it is always an enjoyable experience. The dresses are absolutely stunning and they help you find exactly what you are looking for. They are awesome about alterations!
I purchased my wedding dress on the same day as my initial appointment here and left happy. However, it wasn’t until I went into my fittings with their seamstress that I was notified I could’ve customized the dress to proportionately fit me at the initial appointment because I am a very short person. No one mentioned that the train of my dress could have been made proportionate to my height at the initial meeting which is the biggest part of the $800 that I’ve paid for.
