Absolutely wonderful experience with Diamond Air Duct Cleaning. Definitely made the right choice of company. Super friendly, very knowledgeable and helpful, show you everything that's going on all through the process. We did the whole nine yards - duct cleaning, dryer vent cleaning, furnace cleaning and sanitizing. So well worth it!
Owner told me over the phone it would cost $35 a vent to clean my vents. But then he said "the cost may or may not be that depending on what we see". So I paid a tech $40 to walk through my house. Guess what he did. He just showed up, walked through my house, counted my vents @ $35 a pop and scribbled down a quote. I could have done that math. The tech that showed up wasn't even an employee of "Diamond Air Duct Cleaning" he was a random sub-contractor. I got ripped off. Don't use this company.
The technician did a fabulous job cleaning the air ducts in our house. He was friendly, called ahead to let us know his arrival time and did a great job. The booking system is easy to use and the service is good value for money. I would not hesitate to use this company again. Excellent services!!
