Went in at 8:05 for an allergic reaction with swelling and pain. Was the second person in waiting room at opening. Left at 9:20 without being seen and went to OSF Urgo. Would not recommend.
The RN and CNA here were phenomenal today with my usually very difficult daughter. She hasn't been upset the entire time she has been here today. Many, many kudos and thanks! You made the visit so much easier/better! There should be many more like you in the world! ❤
