Oz was quick to respond to my inquiry by text. He answered my questions in a timely manner. When my wife & I met Oz to test drive the car, he was very professional & not a pushy salesman. He showed me the CarFax when I requested it & later, emailed me a copy after we purchased the vehicle. He worked with us, giving us the time to get the funds needed to purchase the vehicle by allowing us to leave a deposit & returning the next day. I asked for a carfax report, they provided. Unfortunately it was sold before i could get to them on the 2nd of November, but replying back with the info need is great customer service!
The owner responded via email right away and answered my questions. I went to see the car and was met by the owner. He was kind, courteous and helpful. I had the car checked by my mechanic and there were no major issues, so I believe this dealership is honest. I purchased the car and am very happy with my choice! I would go back to DFW Auto Haus and will refer them to my friends!
