Good communication
He responded quickly.
When we arrived to view the car, the dealer/owner was polite and cooperative. He had the car brought around to the front of the building, and when we went to drive the car, we noticed the right front fender/bumper was detached and hanging out. We still drove the car around the block, but the fact that it was damaged and the dealer had not repaired the damage made us lose confidence in the vehicle.
Found a car I was very interested in. Took a week to reply to email and when I called they hung up on me in the middle of asking a question.
This dealer didn’t disclose that this truck is in really rough condition mechanically, The engine light is on and misfires .
The salesman responding to my e-mails to answer my questions about this vehicle was extremely rude and condescending. I really liked this car, but won’t be purchasing if I have to go through him.

Oz was great. He not only got me a hard to find Outback Limited 3.6, but I got a good price and he went way out of his way to assist me when my bank was slow to process paperwork. He is a no pressure guy and has a slew of good clean used cars on his lot. Definitely worth a trip to see his inventory.
