My experience was absolutely amazing! I dealt with AJ, he was the coolest, he was kind and very friendly! I purchased the car and I love it! The transaction was quick and easy. The minor concerned that I had, he addressed it quickly. It was actually hard to believe that he was a salesman, he was a perfect professional gentleman.
Called about a car and I’ve never been spoken to so rudely. Got hung up on. Unsure of the salespersons name. He only wanted to know if I was a cash or finance buyer. I am a cash buyer and was ready to make a purchase the day I called. I’m very comfortable with sales people as I work as one myself and never have I had an experience like this. Some friendless would go a long ways!
Dealer was courteous and got back with me quickly, but my plans changed and I was not able to get to town and see the car that week.

I was shopping around for my elderly mother a $4,000 car. We all know there not new, but would like an honest person to say what may need to be fixed or what the car history truly is. After declining the test drive on the 2007 Hyundai Sonata and after viewing a fairly disturbing CARFAX report; Oz texted my phone to say “ What the CARFAX didn’t tell you is the car has had major structural damage”!
