Do not recommend was sold bad truck canceled my contract and they are now refusing to return my down payment
Purchased truck. Approximately 1 hour later had to return due to death wobble. “Fixed”... picked up- made it 100 miles before it started to wobble again. Got it to mechanic. Refused to help fix the truck. Cancelled our contract that was never even filed with financed company and now refusing to return down payment. Brad has cussed us, called us names. Picks up and hangs up phone. Made threats and demanding we drive the unsafe vehicle 200 miles back to the dealership or he will have us arrested. BEWARE
Very unprofessional and crooked dealership! They sell DANGEROUS vehicles, steal money from you, and Brad likes to curse at women! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. 🙃
DFW Auto Leader is one of the best places to buy your vehicle. They are very courteous and have been very compassionate in dealing with our situation after my husband got sick and couldn't work. Lupe has gone above and beyond to help us during this trying time. This classic truck has been my husband's dream truck and I so appreciate Lupe for understanding and helping us. Now, we will be able to pay the balance in full next month!!
