My refrigerator was getting warm. Called this morning and Roger came out (early I might add) at noon! He had it fixed in 20 minutes and told me exactly what happened. Great service, courteous repair man. Thanks Dew's! Putting your number up on the fixed fridge for reference!!
Quick and pleasant service
Our refrigerator ice maker stopped working and Dews had it repaired in 15 minutes! Great Service!
I called Dews to see if they could look at a non-working fridge that I had recently purchased from them. I placed the call at 10:55am and by 12:30 the service tech had come and gone and the issue was resolved. I have purchased all new appliances in my home and several new appliances for my mother’s condo from Dew’s in the past year, and I wouldn’t shop anywhere else
I have been using Dews’s for over 25 years in my rental properties, my 2nd home, and now in my permanent home. Professional, clean, efficient, and fair. Hats off to Angela and Alfred.
We have been with Dew’s for 17 years for hvac purchase, seasonal maintenance and repairs and appliance purchases and repairs. The Dew’s crew has always been there for us even in emergencies. Always has been a pleasure working with them.
I dealt mostly with Wendy on the phone when scheduling service, ordering parts, etc. and she was great. I really appreciate accommodating the complicated schedule that I had due to the unit being rented out. A friend of mine was their to let the technician in and she always raves about their service and knowledge. She has also had services provided by Dew’s in the past and recommended to me. I will also say that she was not the only one to recommend the company.

We had our heat pump replaced today by Dews and were very pleased with the work they did. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Got their work done quickly and efficiently. We will use them again and would recommend them to others.
