We have used Dew’s for years for both repairs & purchasing new appliances. Service, prices, value & quality are all top notch. Big box stores do not come out for repairs and not do they have the variety of parts/filters you need but Dew’s does. Dew’s is what you are looking for in home town personalized service.

We have used Dew's for years and have never been disappointed. They serviced our old heat pump and when we needed a new one a few years ago they came through for us. They have been our service company for the new one and like clockwork twice a year they provide a tune up and any small repairs that are necessary. Today was no exception. They came when they promised they would and in less than an hour the tune up and a small part were taken care of. I would highly recommend using them for all your appliance needs.

People that know me know I am not one that likes to buy new things. Dew's parts department has helped me keep my Washer, Dryer Dishwasher and fridge going for 20 years. Now those of you who aren't fanatical about keeping relics going in your home (and my driveway - Both my Car and Truck were made in the 20th century) can find great new appliances in the front store and those who want to keep your things going but don't own or want to know how to use a screwdriver can call them for repairs as well! Always Great to work with. I can't say enough good things about their service. They are always accommodating, knowledgeable, and competitive price wise with all the big box stores
We have purchased over 8 sets of appliances from Dews. There sales people, HANK, Chris and Kathryn all do a super job. They know there products and can always find the right appliance (size and look) for each of our renovations. They price their product fair, deliver when promised and provide exceptional service after the sale. Dews has earned our business and always does a great job.
I would never shop anywhere else for appliances. The service that comes along with purchasing from Dew Company is the best ever. I love all who work there. KEEP YOUR BUSINESS LOCAL. That is my motto.
