RecommendedI can’t say enough about this company and Hank! I was in a panic to get a fridge for my mom. Every big name location said it would be at least 2 weeks. I called Dew’s this morning hoping to get something installed by Friday. Hank helped me find a model that would fit and when I asked if it could be installed by Friday, he said he could do it in about 2 hours!!! Dew’s in the best and our new go to it!! Thank you!!

I called Dews on 7/5 to schedule a repair on my washer. This is a really bad time to have my washer not working properly. I was told that someone would call me back to schedule a time and here it is 7/14 and still no call. JUST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will never buy an appliance from them.

July 4th week - Our stove in a rental home died and Dew's came through for us. They delivered a stove the next day! And they will service if something goes wrong with it in the future - Superior Service!

We recently purchased a dishwasher and refrigerator from Dew's; the delivery was a bit delayed and I hadn't heard from anyone by 3:15pm so I contacted our sales rep and Katheryn resolved the issue and within a few hours our appliances were delivered and installed. The installers were very professional and tidied up afterword.

Had an emergency with a water heater tank going bad and leaking. Friend of mine coordinated with DEWS to replace it. First time I've used them. They are GREAT!! I worked with Kathryn Tilghman. She is FABULOUS!! Got my new one installed in less than 2 days from my emergency. I am now a DEWS customer for life! I live in Salisbury, NC. Going to give them keys so they can get it in case I have an emergency going forward. THANK YOU DEWS and THANK YOU KATHRYN!!
