Motivate some of their people to do much better with customer service and expect an answer as to why your service people ripped up the vinyl flooring when they removed the broken machine which was only 2 months old and return calls when I called and reported the destroyed Flooring.. At least the service man could have been honest and told me they ripped it up not wait until I found it a hour later.. Poor service men..
