RecommendedMy fridge died on a Saturday and Dews was the only one that sent a repairman. He was great; they closed at 12:30 and he(Carlton) was there until 1:00. He adjusted the settings and got it to come on but compressor is bad. Darlene in sales helped me find a new fridge over the phone and they worked me in for delivery as soon as they could. The delivery man that put the new fridge together was very experienced and answered all my questions.(Charlie) and was very patient while I got the food out and transferred it. I had a problem with my washer/dryer combo. It wasn't an easy diagnostic, but Randy stayed with it and got it working in no time.
Dews repair service is outstanding, arrived on time called promptly with cost of repairs ( which was very reasonable ) and final repair done as soon as parts arrived!
