Dewars is a wonderful fun place to take your kids,grandchildren or meets friends. I personally love to meet my kids there when I have my grandson because he loves to get ice cream from his Uncle Scott 😊 he’s the best! Seriously, their ice cream is so good! Cindy I.
Every time we are in Bakersfield we go to Dewar's and have their wonderful ice cream! We were there two day in a row this week. Their marshmallows cream is the best I have ever had! Wish we lived closer.
I have always grown up with Dewars. Dealt with the changes of being charged more for less. Their staff/managers show how much they don’t care about customer service. I called for a specific item and wanted to have an extra scoop of ice cream added and next thing I am being told it’s “policy” that I be charged for 3 scoops and all the toppings separately. I am not looking for a $12-$15 item, and to be told an extra scoop is over $3 is outrageous. Extremely disappointed! My business has been lost. It seems management would rat... read more
