As someone from Wisconsin, I feel like I know a little about the dairy delights. I have found some amazing ice cream places in California. Dewar’s is at the top of my list. The ice cream is airy and fresh. The nuts and strawberries are amazingly fresh. Hands Down, the best in Bakersfield.
