A family favorite since I was a little girl. Can't visit Bakersfield without stopping in for some ice cream with marshmallow topping and a pound or two of chews.
I am grateful for a staff that embraced a (messy) two year old, while she enjoyed her birthday treat. Thank you, Dewar's, for making her day special!
I used to love Dewar's, but today I was absolutely apalled at the service that we received at the Eye st location. When our little family first walked in we were told to grab a number to get service, so we did. We were number 01 and they were serving #99, so we patiently waited our turn. We then sat at the counter top for nearly 20 mins and not once did any of the servers ask if we wanted water or if we were going to dine in or carry out. Peanut Butter Chews are OUTSTANDING!!! I now 'stalk' my friends and BEG them to stop by Dewar's when they're in the area. My grandmother got us started on these when I was very young and they've been a SPECIAL TREAT for over FIFTY YEARS! It was YEARS before I knew there were flavors other than peanut butter! :) Thank you for the <3, Dewar's!!!

My daughter had her fifth birthday today, July 5th at your Calloway location. I wanted to say, it was the best experience at a party venue! Brian, Derek and Samantha were our hosts and they were AMAZING! Brian was great with the kids and so funny. Derek and Samantha helped me so much in setting up and even took things out to my car for me. Sometimes overcrowded but worth the wait.
Great ice cream and candy! Our adult kids who live out of town always appreciate the "chews" we take to them. George's Special is my favorite!
