I would like to leave my comment because we are truly extremely outraged and frustrated with the situation my husband has gone through, with a surgery scheduled for July 30th that could not take place because Dr. COLLINS’ clinic did not send the documentation required by the insurance company, which they had been requesting since July 18th. After that date, we were left waiting for a new date, and today, August 8th, 2025, they still have not sent the necessary documents. They apparently have no urgency at all in sending them... read more

My experience with Dr. Collins was great. Going into knowing I was having surgery was a little nerve wrecking but he was very content and made sure I knew what to expect going into my surgery. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know. Thank you Dr. Collins for your support.
