Newbie to the vegan world and heard good reviews about this place! I ordered take out and was a little disappointed with the "sides" portions, especially the cornbread..was way too small and a bit dry! Liked the Mac and Cheese the most. I drove 30 mins and expected just a little more.

So good! Highly recommend the catfish tofu sandwich. Would have loved to try their burger and Mac and cheese but they were sold out. Their German chocolate cake also looked so delicious but we were so full! The Caesar was also great! Wish I could go back every day and try everything!

My very first visit and the food was delicious. Im new to the vegan life style and its easier to adapt to when you can eat good foods like they have for you to choose from. My favorite was the greens, who would have thought they could be so good without meat. New customer "me"

I'm not Vegan, but I went there because I love soul food. And I have to say it is one of the best restaurants I shave ever been too. The food, the staff, the atmosphere were all absolutely amazing! GO THERE!

First time at an plant based restaurant and it was awesome! Had the soul platter and "catfish" tofu! Didn't know if I was going to like the catfish tofu, but I loved it. I would recommend this restaurant to vegans and non-vegans. Wait staff was great and the atmosphere was so relaxing. Next time I'm in Detroit this will be my first stop.

I had the soul food platter it was just okay. The cornbread was excellent. The BBQ tofu was good. The strawberry cobbler was not good.

So awesome to have a Detroit option like this. Not only is there a great variety, but every recipe is perfected for every dish. The macaroni is delicious, I have had the pepper steak many times. The chicken fried tofu with waffles today was crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and seasoned to taste just like good old southern fried chicken.
