RENTERS BEWARE!! They are masters at the ol bait and switch! We booked a place a while back and with just 2 months till our vacation they have upped the price by $900!!! I would highly suggest using other companies to book your vacation. These people are crooks!!!

We are highly disappointed in our stay this summer. We reported several issues with the unit and nothing was fixed. The refrigerator didn’t cool as it should. The stove wouldn’t light unless we used a lighter. The ice maker didn’t work. We also received a parking citation bc the maintenance man pulled sideways into the driveway and we parked on the grass while he was there. The unit comes with two trash cans and instructions on how they are to be placed on the curb (which we followed) yet they only picked up one each time an... read more
Rented our home over Memorial Day weekend during Tropical Storm Alberto there communication with us was great. We had 5 vehicles and they helped us with overflow parking at another property of there’s. They kept very good and very polite and you felt they genuinely cared about our stay. Jaimie was our contact and he was great. Can’t wait to rent with them again. Till next time, thank you for helping us have a great family weekend.
We arrived on a Saturday evening. On Wednesday, the air conditioning stopped working. Thursday evening we were brought some sort of "air conditioner" that sat in the living room area and also blocked access to the balcony. This so called air conditioner kept it at 82 degrees in the room it was located in - still no air flow in any of the other rooms.
