Friendly people and extremely helpful. I see some negative posts here around issues that are generally out of their control. I have only had great experiences with the owners and staff. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.
We went on our mother daughter vacation and we had a wonderful time the room was beautiful it overlooking the beach with beautiful view out of every room even the room not facing the beach had a good view of a little pond very nice the pool was Great with both inside and outside and we even could workout everything we needed was here we loved our stay and will be back again God willing 2020 here we come
great just what my family needs we need a five bedrooms
Dirty, broken golf cart taking up parking,dirty nasty floors, codes don’t come at 4 pm. Staff is left on a holiday weekend by manager who isn’t around during FL hurricane evac weekend. Wedding weekend- expensive rentals that are lacking care! $650 a night and we can’t use driveway. Pool light does not work- illegal! Golf cart doesn’t work and blocking driveway. Beach is beautiful! Condo A208 was filthy, has mold in shower & tub, bedding was not clean, dirty floors and crappy bed, wash machine is set to only allow 3 towels to be washed. We saved for months to take this vacation. Spent $2k on the room and it was awful! AWFUL!!!!! Could have been a nice stay if their cleaning service wasn’t LAZY. I was on my hands & knees cleaning floors.
I sent a booking request for a rental that totaled around $3500 and was sent a new quote for over $1000 more because the “prices were incorrect”. I really wanted the rental so agreed to book it and placed the deposit and signed the rental agreement. I get a phone call that same afternoon stating the prices were STILL incorrect and the property is actually 2X’s more than we were quoted/put a deposit down/signed a rental agreement for. These people went from quoting $3500 to $4800 to $8300. They’ve cancelled on their end so we... read more
Booked a house and got a call a few months later letting me know that the house we booked was sold and they didn't have anything else for me to rent. I feel like I should have been told when I was booking the house that it was on the market and that if it sold I would have to find something else. If you decide to book a house through them that may be something you want to ask so you aren't scrambling to find something else like I was.
