I have reservations soon for a party of 11... I have kept in touch with customer service and up to date on FL decisions regarding travel. Today I read up on meetings from yesterday which state “travel is prohibited” I reached out to inquire about getting my partial payment refunded and the remainder of our total is due to draft 5/1. I was told it is a week to week decision. RENTERS BEWARE!! They are masters at the ol bait and switch! We booked a place a while back and with just 2 months till our vacation they have upped the price by $900!!! I would highly suggest using other companies to book your vacation. These people are crooks!!!
