Warm and friendly enviroment The staff is very friendly and attentive. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The pool is really amazing definitely something to experience on a hot Texas summer day. The residents are very respectful of each other and the common areas that are connected to the city (i.e. Public Library, Civic Center, Corner Theater ect) are shared with ease.
