Cheerful Dentists I love that the doctors at Designer Dentistry pop in to check on us and are super cheerful.
Not Recommended for Cosmetic Dentistry I would NOT recommend Dr. Poole aka Dr. Cauwels for any cosmetic dentristry. I had horrible experiences with my Lumineers (veneers) and I do attribute the problems to her inability to work with them in a manner that will work best with one's bite. They broke on multiple occasions and didn't work well in my mouth. I would recommend a more seasoned expert for cosmetic dentistry. I do think the staff does an EXCELLENT job with cleanings, etc.
Patience It's impressive how patient the staff at Designer Dentistry & Smiles is. The will do just about anything to distract the young patients, even sing some songs.
Excellent Patient Care Even though they only see us every 6 months, they make us feel like family. They are responsive and polite when we have questions and have provided excellent patient care over the years whether it be general or cosmetic dental work
The good...the not so good.... The good: I love this dental office. The staff is great, very good at explaining things and making sure you're comfortable. The televisions in the rooms are great too! Dr Poole is also highly skilled and knows what she's doing. I had a root canal and it was completely PAINLESS. The not so good: Dr. Poole is VERY pushy about getting appointments in. Other than that this place is highly recommended. The all female staff is always very good for those who feel more comfortable in that situation.

This is the greatest place in town! Dr. Nichole and her staff are amazing. I have never had a dentist so willing to go above and behind for their patients. This team has given me back a reason to smile. From insurance to working with the oral surgeon to seeing the plan through to completion to aftercare, hands down the best dental service I have ever received!
You and your insurance will be billed for services not provided. They have a record of having to back pay insurance companies for over billing or incorrect billing.
My experience here has been amazing. We have been a few places and nothing quite compares. The environment was inviting and comfortable, Staff was very pleasant and informative. My Dentist and Hygienist were sweetest, they were compassionate putting me at ease explaining all procedures and answered all of my questions.
