Wish I could say the same as others here. I did not even make it in. Kathy, the rude receptionist, left me me without any desire to go in. I hope your day gets better.
This dentist is completely unethical! We went ONE time for a consultation and ended up having to pay hundreds of dollars for made up visits we never went to and treatment we never received. I tried to fight it and she had to pay insurance back but then turned me into collections anyway! Would have cost me more in attorney fees to fight it than to just pay it so we paid hundreds of dollars for one office visit. Every time I went to Dr. Nicole there was ALWAYS one cavity or more they had to fill. I finally got fed up and went to a different dentist and after 5+ years at my current dentist absolutely zero cavities….this really makes me wonder if I ever truly had cavities or if they just wanted more money out of me. I would not recommend this dentist.
Caring They take the time to listen and understand their patients needs and to explain things well. The service is great, everyone is very friendly and helpful.
Great service Over the holidays Melissa listened to a voice-mail I had left the Designer Dentistry office about a broken crown. She got me in as early as they could to take care of it. I don't know of another dentist office in Sioux Falls that would be checking on the patients over their holiday. Great work done. -Steve-
Pain-free Designer Dentistry & Smiles is filled with a very knowledgeable staff. They do everything possible to make my visits as pain-free as possible.
Excellent staff I felt very welcomed by the staff and the hygienist was very nice and professional. She made sure I was comfortable. I am very pleased with the service that they provided.
Fantastic My most recent visit here was fantastic. I really like coming to dental visits, even for something as simple and routine as a cleaning, and not having it hurt.
