Thankyou Design Windows & Doors!! – The sales rep.,Joe, was very professional and explained all phases of the manufacture and installation. The installers were very professional. They went right to work, were very personable, explained the installation, and were a pleasure to have in our home. They cleaned all debris, and old windows went with them. We were pleased with all phases of the process, and would not hesitate to recommend them.

WOW What A Great Job!!!!!!!!! – I just had my whole house done, 8 windows & 2 patio doors, and was completely satisfied from start to finish. I have seen a drop temperature and the noise from the outside. I work with the general public and know that you cannot always satisfy everybody. There are always those types of people that want something for nothing

Great Job – I live in the San Fernando Valley and it took looking all over and then finalizing on a company located in Alta Loma, to install new windows in my recently purchased home. They did a great job and everyone I was in contact with was vert courteous.

Good Window Company – We had most of our windows replaced and have liked them for the most part. The problem with Design Windows and Doors is mostly their "wait time". Don't ever expect anything to happen "soon". In the end, the job was satisfactory but nothing to write home about. The gals in the office are great with customer service but not really happy with Joe. Horrible experience!!!! – Not a company I would recommend, I purchased 14windows to be installed, 2 out of the 14 were not the ones we had ordered when I informed the owner he said it wasn't his fault, and charged us extra to have the ones we originally ordered. Then to top it off the remaing windows were also not the ones I wanted. Apparently, I didn't specify between the 8 pane double hung and the 6 pane double hung windows. Great company to work with. – Great Windows, we just had our Windows installed and we Love it, Great Customer Service, the whole process took just 6 weeks fron the time i called and Spoke to John to the install, if you are looking for a company to do your windows, look no farther, Go with Design Windows and Doors and you will never regreat it.

Very Satisfied Homeowner – Design Windows & Doors did such a beautiful on my windows and front door. They did everythingin such a professional manner from start to finish. Stay away from these guys – This company is family-run, not well organized, not professional and not easy to work with. Owner and installers both difficult and unprofessional. Nice windows, bad installation and customer service experience. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU WANT HEADACHES AND HEARTACHES.
