I highly recommend Design Windows – Had just purchased a house that we were flipping and desperately needed new windows. I wanted a cheap price but not a cheap window. I expressed my concern to several companies about quality and how quickly I needed them. This is why I choose Design Windows. The price was unbelievable...and they were even kind enough to get me installed within 2 weeks. Windows look great! We are very happy.
Just Amazing! – Out of all the contractors I have hired over the years, Joe with Design Windows was friendly...not pushy like some of the other guys, very knowledgably and most importantly fulfilled our purchase agreement prior to the anticipated wait time and the finished installation looks far better than I could have even imagined. Great Company, product, price and service!!! – Design Windows had a large selection to choose from and our sales rep Fausto was very knowledgeable, kind and patient. The installers worked diligently throughout the install and the office was a pleasure to work with.
Beautiful windows, nice price, excellent customer service.. – We recently ordered Madison Windows. We were originally quoted 4-6 weeks for installation. To our surprise I received a phone call a little after 2 weeks to schedule our installation. Everyone was very friendly. The installers were very considerate of our pets and our 2 yr. old son. LOVED THEM! – From beginning to end I had awesome service. When I called the office they were always friendly. Everthing was completed on time. Everything was the way I wanted it. The installers were quick, efficient and curtious and even smelt good! I rate this company 10 stars if I could!!!!!
Great Experience – I had Fausto out at my house to bid my entry door project. I was amazed at the large selection Design Windows & Doors offers for entry doors. Fausto is the most kind, polite and non pushy sales rep we have ever had in our home. Our door was installed before the anticapated delivery date and is stunning! The installers were also very neat and efficient. I highly recommend Fausto and Design Windows and Doors!
Good ownership/leadership – This company have an excellent leadership.... I am talking about the owner. He cares for his customer. When I had a contract with this company, and when the windows were completed, I wasn't happy with the product installation. I was to the point of asking for a revert of payment, then the owner came down to my property to check my complaints. He then took care of the mess. The windows were then really completed! Great Experience! – Design Windows installed our beautiful french doors a couple of years ago. Their pricing could not be beat, they completed the install on schedule with upmost quality and to top it off have stood by their customer satisfaction guarantee ever since! They are professional and courteous willing to assist in any way. We will eventually have the rest of our windows replaced and will certainly go through Design Windows again! I highly recommend this company!!!!
