I recently had 25 wood clad windows and 4 french doors replaced by Design Windows. My experience was fantastic from start to finish! I asked for several references from Design and was very pleased with the feedback I was given. I went online today to write about my wonderful experience with Design Windows and in shock I read the horrible review below. I experienced just the opposite! We originally had several quotes. Fausto with Design Windows came in and offered my husband and I a great price and a great looking window. We originally signed with Design however another local company (a guy with an Australian accent) came in after and offered to lower the price by $500.00. We just replaced all the windows and a front entry door in our home. Our experience with Design Windows was excellent. They were prompt for the estimate and kept us informed throughout the entire process. They were very competitive with their pricing and we couldn't be happier.
