Mr. Castrillon presented as highly knowledgeable and willing to take his time to answer all of our questions. He gave us sound advice and did not put pressure on us in order to get our business. I am writing this recommendation as a result of an excellent experience around service provided to us for fixing our forced air furnace. The criterion for selecting Design Temp Inc. was cost. After placing the request via your web site, we received a couple calls with cost estimates 4 to 5 higher than Design Temp Inc.; few minutes later Eddie from Design Temp showed at our residence an exhibited a high degree of professionalism.
