They were very knowledgeable and helped me with just what I needed.
Ed came on time, had me up & running (air conditioner) in short order. I would use him again.
The owner was thorough and professional; he provided me with the information I needed to make an informed decision.
Design Temp and Ed are simply the best. There is no need to look for anyone else if you need heating or A/C repair. Ed return intial phone within 1/2 hr and assured me that my a/c problem would be fixed asap and at a reasonable price. He replace my fan motor and motor board and contactor all at a reasonable price and explained everything to me. They called right away and arranged to do the work equally as quickly. I had A.C. back in action within a few hours of Design Temp diagnosing the problem.
Very Professional, answered my call right away, was sort of an emergency and he fit us in. Very reasonable price for an Central AC Motor etc. Would definitely use again.
The problem with the heating was resolved quickly and efficiently.
I had a wonderful experience with Edwin from Design Temp ! He was prompt, courteous and very professional. He explained everything in laymen's terms and was flexible in scheduling his visit around my work schedule. Additonally, the pricing was better than I expected. Edwin was prompt, courteous,and very knowledgeable. He diagnosed and resolved our problem quickly. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost of the visit. Definitely would use them again!
