This gentleman helped us quickly even though his day was already very busy. He was very pleasant and brought us materials that were very hard to find to correct our situation.
Really happy with Edwin & his crew! His diligence reviewing and resolving our HVAC problems was excellent! We signed up for a reasonable service agreement for 3 units and they promptly completed the initial service. We definitely appreciated that his crew is respectful of the space they are operating in.
RecommendedMy water tank went sour last Sunday. Design Temp was there the first thing Monday morning to replace it. Good quality tank and good quality work. This is the second time Ive used them and have been very satisified both times. Thank you!!!

Very honest excellent workers and very fair price
My condensate pump went bad and called Design Temp to replace it. They came out in the snow and replaced it for me. Did a great job. I would highly recommend them!
