Eddie called to let me know when he would arrive. He told me what it would cost to come out and got right to the job and saw what the problem was. He told me what the price of the repair would be and replaced the part. No hidden costs , no extras. Job well done and well received. Id recommend Design Temp to anyone! Im having them back to replace my water heater.

Truly 5 star service, very professional and friendly. Ed was very prompt in returning phone calls and scheduling appointment. Technician arrived on time and explained everything he was doing and what was causing my problem. Ed followed up with recommendations on the best way to fix my leak and worked through a thunderstorm and pouring rain to make sure I had A/C for the weekend. I would highly recommend to anyone, you will not be disappointed.
Ed and Brandon arrived within their time window. Very courteous and friendly. Highly informative and explained exactly what they would do. Pointed out a problem with a previous servicing of the unit by another company, and rectified it immediately. Very thorough and efficient. Completed the servicing quickly and to my satisfaction. Eddie was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt, very knowledgeable and talented. He and his team installed an entire HVAC system in three days. I am extremely happy with the results. I would definitely hire him again.
Ed contacted me immediately for the initial explanation of how their service and repair process worked. Any subsequent follow-up calls needed he called me immediately, and they showed up when they said they would. Work was thorough and very neat and clean. We have the firm returning in spring for AC service. We are very satisfied.
