Your er is the worst!!!!!! They stuck my granddaughter 13 TIMES to give her an iv. Her parents had to wait 7 HOURS to be told it was the stomach flu. Who the hell wants to see their 2 year old go through that? Hope they go to St. Mary's next time!
At the very busy ER last night, I witnessed nursing staff outside smoking and joking and visiting with EMTs while patients waited for help. Theywere so busy that patients were waiting outside and could see this while they waited for emergency care. Mywife was admitted after shewas transported by ambulance and her stay has been atrocious, she hasbeen yelled at by a doctor and a nurse. I gave it 1 star because it made me. Almost died in the hallway of this place because they thought I had a bad case of gas. Turns out I had diverticulitis and was minutes from dying. Transported to MY hospital and I'm here to talk about this. Had an accident yesterday and was transported here. Sat me be hind a curtain in a wheelchair for quite some time. Forced to listen to some criminal be interrogated in the next curtain. You're just a number here. Stay away. Not to mention, this place is dirty!
The wait to be seen is what kills....besides the wait I really like it. The staff was very helpful and attentive to my needs�

We liked it better than St. Mary's. The nurses were great. The hospital was clean and the rooms were nice. Spent 9 hours in the ER and the nurses there were very attentive. When I was admitted to my room, I was provided a kit with basin, tooth brush, and paste, tissues,etc, which I did not get at St. Mary's. They also provide earplugs and a mask to help with sleep.
