When you have to fight with the hospital to get the care that is needed for your loved one, and they try to make it seem like your the problem, they don't need to be a hospital no more. They wouldn't acknowledge my mothers diagnosis and tried to cut us out completely, Had to get and outside agency involved. Was told it is a for profit hospital by one of the staff. Worst hospital ever! The cardiologist dr. Mehta was rude, had no bedside manner what so ever, and didn't run any tests on my mom who has been having chest pain for the last three days, her heart rate is in the 40-50s! They are saying that's normal! Normal is 60-100bpm. Her blood pressure is also low...you would think they want to find the cause but they just want their bed free again so they can misstreat and ignore the next patient! I don't love hospitals. But the 2 floor nurses and aides oh yeah, they were polite, answered calls within a reasonable time, saw to my needs. I thank them a bunch. We is a little different story, not enough beds, in the hall. Need more we room.
Places sucks waiting 7 hours with high blood pressure and Nothing....
I've had to wait for a while on a few occasions but all of the staff has been really helpful and nice to me. I've been admitted several times and I really love all of the nurse's and staff on the 2nd floor, everyone there even in the ER and back in the exam rooms are so nice. I don't know, maybe it's just me. There will be times when you wait for a long time, staff and nurses may be a bit overwhelmed but that's to be expected every now and then, this could happen at any hospital, but yes it's really due for an update in styl... read more
