I took my 2 year old grand daughter to emergency room. And I was there 7 in a half hours.that was too long and it was only a few people there.

Have had to go there twice now (per EMT's) & have had two BAD experiences! 1st time there, though, I did like the RA Dr that I had. (? name) Went last weekend because of an RA flare up, told the nurses in ER, I did NOT need narcotics for my pain, (I already have them prescribed) just the steroid injections to calm the swelling, & pain!! And what do I see on my discharge papers?? "Request for narcotic pain medication" TOTAL CRAP! How do I complain about this?
Was there with my 6 year old which had a large gash to his left forehead/eyebrow just above his eye. We were taken through triage, radiology and than fastrack and I have to say everyone was amazing. Jennifer PA, Elizabeth and Anton RN' s made my baby boys experience less painful. A huge Thank you to your staff and especially the 3 in fastrak.
My son's birthplace is here at Desert Valley Hospital has been a good experience for us, because of their skin to skin program helps connect with our son. Our stay here been great and their hospitality is professional.
The doctors and nurses were so patient and quick to assist in controlling my pain flushing my skinless wounds, I have to admit i dont like the shape I had to leave the house in an ambulance,
My husband went for his leg after a fall Didn't even see a doctor saw the PA said there was nothing wrong with him and sent him home , this was a Friday night thank goodness they gave him pain medication Monday we went to the doctor they sent him to urgent care… x-rayed showed two fractures in the knee and three torn ligaments �� Are you kidding me!…��
All staff is rude as fuck sat there and screamed in the waiting room for 7 hours tell I literally passed out worst hospital in the high desert
