We need better service and and IMPROVE CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE AND A TRAUMA CENTER HERE
This hospital is in need of some upgrades. The ER cannot handle the amount of patients on any given day. The facility is out of date and needs to be remodeled.
Only because I CAN'T GIVE THE NO STAR'S.. ER IS DIRTY, THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THE OUTSIDE THEN THE INSIDE. THE WORKER'S WERE CLEANING THE OUTSIDE WITH A machine that looked like a carpet cleaner and watering the sidewalk down.. after waiting for a while I had a really bad feeling and I told my husband let's go , we went down the hill to San Antonio Hospital in Upland which is much much BETTER, one hundred percent better. I think there should be some type of law that a hospital should be Immaculate clean.

I went in with a severe abdominal pain and vomiting it took me only 20 minutes for them to take my vitals once I was done I was in it was at least five hours before I got a bed in the second floor which I had the best care by the Nurses and the CNA s
