Verified Renter I moved here 3 years ago. My My family absolutely loves it here. It's quiet, beautiful, and peaceful. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. The front office runs seamlessly and smoothly. Every single employee is nice, kind, and friendly. Desert ride is honestly the best kept secret on Las Vegas.

One day it popped up while I was looking to actually move out and came for a tour the same day and I immediately loved it. It was exactly what I needed and they made the process super easy ! Verified Renter So far I have loved living here ! Its quiet and calm. I feel very safe as well. The only thing is sometimes people don’t have their dogs on a leash. Which I am very afraid of dogs. Also sometimes it is a little dirty. Kind of embarrassing tbh.

Verified Renter Affordable rent.near grocery stores and other essential stores for convenience. I would be more comfortable to have a secured gate entrance and exit. More security cameras within the vicinity of the community, not just outer parts of it. Someone stole a package at my front door and i can't prove anything without proper evidence. more cameras please

Verified Renter my car got stolen out of the parking lot after the cat was ripped off of it 6 months ago. both times i was told the cameras will be up and running in 2 weeks.
