Verified Renter Been a disappointment to have no pool. When I moved in a year ago, staff said the pool was due to open Memorial Weekend, but it never did. Workout room has hours that exclude it being used by people with traditional working hours. It took weeks to get someone to come look at the plumbing issues I included on my walk-thru sheet at move-in (no hot water in the bathroom sink without flooding it and a washer hose that had burst and was constantly mildewing the drywall behind it). Verified Renter Love the flex rent payment option! I don’t love that the pools are almost always closed yet we still have to pay the CAM fee. Also the gym is really sad. It could use some dumbbells and machines that aren’t broke

Verified Renter I like that it’s quiet for the most part. The parking spacing could be better. I’ve had two neighbors hit my car trying to park. A free carpet cleaning would be nice upon renewing the lease.

Verified Renter we love our stay here our area is quiet except when drama arises. Its not pleasant when people fight but its part of the deal. Other than that we like it and its quiet.
