Love it Here Kaprina is Amazing.. Process was fast and stress free.. Management did everything to assist me with my move from cali to Vegas..and my apt is the perfect size with all the ameneties..
Amazing property, staff and manager Saw some negative reviews and felt the need to say something. The property is under new management, and WOW are they really making significant improvements. The property manager is amazing and she knows what customer service means. Fatima is sweet and gets things done. I cannot speak for the prior management, but if some of the things that was said were happening before, I do NOT see it now. No police, no bugs, clean property and a pleasure to live in. Stay Away One of the worst - horrible apartments Bugs problems, scorpions... maintenance takes forever to respond to issues horrible area, people get robbed at gunpoint, cops called every other day for the price, you get what you pay for my advice, stay away , I'd rather pay more and get out of this area can't wait til my lease is up
love this place is pretty nice. we pay 715 for a 2 bedroom, but I know they raised the rent just after we signed our lease. I dont ever have an safety concerns here, the staff are all super nice including all the maintenance workers. they're pretty good and getting the work orders done quickly, though recently they haven't been on top of it. the only bugs I've seen are roaches and pincher bugs, but they spray weekly if needed so they aren't anything to worry about. if I could afford this place without a roommate I'd totally ... read more
One year experience My boyfriend and I moved in this apartment on October 1, 2014 with our two year old daughter Bella this was our first place on our own and we hold a lot of memories. We have new management on the apartment for a few months now and I would like to say they are great the staff is always nice and friendly and if we everym have an issue they send help right away it's a good size apartment for us to start but as our lease is coming to an end in just a few weeks we find out we will be having a new bundle of joy... read more
