Verified Renter Since the new company took over, there have been some vast improvements. Maintenance actually responds to requests in a timely manner and gets it completed as quickly as possible. It’s hard to get anyone to answer the phone in the office. I am irritated that my rent keeps going up but the two pools that are available haven’t been open in at least 3 years that I know of. The “fitness center” is only open during office hours but yet I was given a useless key for it. And of course the hours that the office is op... read more

Verified Renter I like the apartments because everyone is very friendly in this community. Also this place have friendly animals .but some of Exercise Equipment doesn’t work other then that is a nice place to live at

Verified Renter Apartment is good, very good location. Parking is usually pretty easy. Pool looks nice, but at this point I think it just "for decoration only", been here over a year and it has never been opened. Fitness center looks good good, but its only open during business hours so that could be an issue for anyone not working from home. Overall...been a great experience, maintenance and office staff are top notch. If i actually could use the amenities they charge you the fee for, this would be a 5 star review.
