Excellent vascular surgeon treating varicose and spider veins. Dr. Alan Koslow's office was the first vein center in Des Moines, Iowa to offer the new VenaCure EVLT, endovenous laser procedure for the elimination of varicose veins. He thoroughly explained all aspects of my condition as well as the benefits of treatment options. I was also surprised to learn that vein treatments for varicose veins can be covered by insurance. Highly recommended!
