Great Clinic - Very Kind Staff – I came into the clinic get a small red area under my eye treated. I had some broken capillaries that appeared a few months back. At first I wasn't sure about the results from using a V-Beam laser but now I can see that the redness is slowly going away. I didn't fully understand how the process worked at first. Eric was very kind and knowledgeable of the treatment plan.
Unhappy with results – I did a lot of research on fillers before I went to Dr. Rubinstein. Although he is very nice and personable, I am extremely unhappy with the result. After having two full syringes injected to correct the hollows under my eyes, there is no improvement. As much as I like this doctor as a person, I spent a great deal of money on nothing.
Great Dermatologist, Great Staff! – I've been going to this dermatologist for a number of years now and I would highly recommend them to anyone I know. I alternate between seeing Eric Lovato and Dr. Rubinstein. Both are excellent at what they do. They always care about what your concerns are and help you address them as best as possible. And they are always friendly and professional. The rest of the staff is also very nice. The office is clean and orderly. High marks all around!
Rosacea Gone!!! As a result of my visit to Dr. Rubinstein's office. . .my rosacea has been cleared! Yay! No more redness or bumps:) His entire staff was extremely friendly & Dr. Rubenstein knew just what to do. I recommend his office highly for any skin issues.
Eric Lovato is awesome – I have been to a couple of dermatologist since I was 16 and this is my favorite. Its a small office but everyone seems very professional. Mr Rubinstein quickly understood that I wanted to get on accutane and put me on it, ive been on the course for 3 months and am very happy with my results. Mr. Eric Lovato has been helping me and he's very nice, friendly and professional. He helps me feel comfortable and i trust him. botox artist! :) – i went to dr. rubinstein for a little botox :) i didn't want much, i'm pretty young, but i felt like i just wanted a little boost. i have some friends that have gone to doctors that have gone WAY overboard and their faces definitely have the frozen effect. dr. rubinstein listened to what i wanted and gave me his input, and the results are fabulous. all my friends want to go to my amazing doctor now!
Excellent Skin Center, Medical and Cosmetic – I recently had a baby and was very self-conscious about the after-effects of pregnancy on my skin. Out of pure vanity, I made an appt with Dr. Rubinstein, I heard that he was some kind of a skin "Guru", and his initial visit fee was very reasonable, especially for how highly he is regarded. Nothinng like it!!:) – If you need to see a dermatologist, this is the doctor to see! I live in Hollywood, but because of his rave reviews, I went to Studio City to see him. I made my appt on Friday of the week prior and agreed to see his PA, Eric in order to be seen the following Thursday. Eric was so knowledgable and nice.
