All of the staff here, from front office to physician's assistants are very friendly and welcoming. They consulted with us on treatment options were willing to change things up when they weren't working for us.
This website is amazing
Dr Rubinstein, Eric Lovato and Hiedi (for laser hair removal) are THE best in the city for what they do. They are pricier than other places, but I've tried everywhere and they are WORTH the price here
I was really lucky to get an appointment with Dr. Rubinstein because I have heard how it can be hard when the whole city is trying to get in and see him. I have to say that my experience was great and Dr. Rubinstein did not rush through to get to his next patient. He was able to answer my plethora of questions and did not try to sell me on anything. Rita, the office manager, was also extremely pleasant and made me feel very welcome. I highly suggest this dermatology center!
Dr. Rubinstein is a great doctor and the staff at the office are attentive and excellent. Their products are fantastic. Would recommend The Dermatology and Laser Center wholeheartedly.
