Pam was very courteous and friendly. She saw me on time which was definitely a great thing...I am usually very scared when being at the dentist no matter what they are going to do but she made me feel very comfortable. She spoke to me the whole time, letting me know what was going to be done. Highly recommend her to anyone. Dr. Derkasch and his team are consummate professionals, with a friendly, relaxed vibe. The doctor, himself, is thorough and informative beyond any expectations. He has an incredible knowledge base and takes the time to share it all with you. The staff is amazingly welcoming, gentle and non-judgmental across the board.
