Was there for regular check and cleaning. Despite Covid and all the uncertainty that comes with it Dr Derkasch and his super staff make you feel safe and at ease. My appointment went off without a hitch and the care was outstanding as usual. Amazingly comfortable. The staff followed their ppe extremely well. Every piece of equipment used was sterilized and sealed in a clear bag that you can see. The office was clean. The air felt clean and comfortable. People might have a fear of going back to the dentist because of pandemic outbreak but rest a sure they took all the necessary precautions to make sure their patients feel safe and comfortable. Were amazingly thorough and helpful! Got me in quickly, listened to my concerns, answered all my questions, and explained everything I would need to know. Dr. Derkasch and his staff are so kind and helpful, and are bringing great dental care even during a time such as Covid-19. During the height of the pandemic, when all offices were closed, i had severe tooth pain. I called the emergency number on a Sunday night and received a call back from Dr. Derkasch within an hour. He noted my symptoms and determined that i had an abscess tooth. He called the pharmacy and left a prescription for me on their answering machine and i had it as soon as they opened on Monday morning. Examine & cleaning covered all needs. I was comfortable and had no issues with the services. I made another appointment to keep up good dental health. I had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Derkasch for over 12 years. Dr. Derkasch and his staff are the kindest dental staff I have ever been to. They will always fit you in with an emergency. It is not often you hear that every dental experience is comfortable and pain free. I was just there yesterday and they were following covid guidelines above and beyond. I appreciate Dr. Derkasch and Roseanne very much. Once again I was given a thorough examination. They were incredibly patient, listened carefully to my concern and recommended to me the next best steps.
