All of the staff at Derkasch Dental are so helpful. They're always pleasant, punctual, friendly, and can answer any question you have. I have been going to Derkasch dental since Dr. Bill graduated from school. He and Rose Ann have always ran a professional operation. In addition to myself going all these years my two sons grew up going every six months. My eldest who is in the Navy was told by a Navy dentist that he had one of the best looking mouths that he had ever seen! They also have a great staff, Pam, Cathy and others. I had a great experience at my first appointment. Great hygienist who walked me through the whole process, and Dr. Derkasch was awesome, informative, and gave me all of my options for care. It was a pleasure discussing my dental needs with Dr. Derkasch. He is very professional and friendly and took my concerns and worked with me to find a good working plan. The second x-rays went better than the first attempts; through no fault of the assistant. The second instrument was more comfortable (Lisa used a smaller x-ray attachment). So glad I found Dr Derkash's office. I have had nothing but good experiences.
