Dr. Derkash and his staff are all wonderful. I’m seen on time or within minutes of my appointment. The hygienists do a thorough, pain free cleaning as does Dr. Derkash with the exam. My most recent visit was during the Covid-19 pandemic. I broke a tooth. I was not worried at all. The office was always immaculate and was again during this visit. Today I had a visit to Dr. Derkesch’s off lice that was postponed from March because of the Covid virus. I needed a crown replaced. Any concerns I had about visiting a dentist during this worrisome time were addressed. All sanitary precautions were clear and perfect. There were air purifiers and sanitizers. The patient care was wonderful, but that was always there even before the pandemic. My husband and I travel from New York to see Dr. Derkesch. I have such confidence in his care. I had an appointment with Dr. Derkasch yesterday to finish a root canal and some other dental procedures needed. His office is following strict procedures to adhere to the Covid-19 pandemic. Even short staffed, Dr. Derkasch and his wife work diligently and professionally to make sure everyone is seen and safe. I guess I’ll always remember my first visit to your office! Seriously though, the care you and your wife gave today was heroic in my eyes. Thank you for being so diligent and explanatory during the process. Cristina looked at the tooth and said “that’s a cap, right?” As your wife said it looked like!
