Very helpful and professional staff
I suggest that you offer patients a way to fill out forms online before they come to the office. This would reduce time spent in the waiting room, which is very important during the corona virus crisis. In addition, it would have been easier for me to enter my information through a keyboard than to have to write on a form when I was coming to have my possibly broken arm checked out. Finally, having patients enter information online would probably also save time for the receptionist.
Dr. Reinke is very professional, always on time, and has a super team of assistants (nurse, x-ray technician, physician's assistant). His PA, Elizabeth, is top notch, informative, friendly, thorough, and understanding. I drive from my home from one end of the county to their office at the other end just because these medical professionals are so superb.
My experience with Dr. Reinke was wonderful. His staff was extremely knowledgeable and most helpful. This was my first experience going to an Orthopaedics surgeons office ever and I am blessed to be almost 69 and never had to. I choose the best place to go and I feel confident the outcome will be successful. Although I do not think it was a very serious condition but it could have been. He seems to know nothing about hand or finger injuries.
My experience with Dr. Reinke was great. I have seen him on multiple occasions and have always been impressed. He never seems hurried or too busy to take the time I needed to have all my questions answered. My experience could not have been better from my first visit, though surgery and a fast recovery.
I found Dr. Reinke to be very straight forward and honest. He sets you at ease and walks you through all procedures and outcomes.
Dr. Reinke is fabulous! My son has broken his arm twice (at 5 and 7 years old) and both times he has done amazing with my son! We had no problem getting appointments. No excessive waits. No problems with insurance. Staff was friendly and fast. I only have positive things to say about my experience with Cary Ortho and Dr. Reinke!
