Dr. Cuff and the entire staff are wonderful. The wait time is terrible appointment at 11:40 got into his office at 12:20. I have to admit once I was in the office area the wait was only about 10 minutes.

He never rushes you through an appointment & always asked if there are any concerns that I may have. He has a very well run & organized staff - who are helpful and friendly.
Dr Cuff is very knowledgeable and easy to speak with, as he listens closely and answers clearly. I came away very comfortable and am moving forward with him as my surgeon.
Dr. Cuff is extremely smart, knowledgeable, patient, empathetic, clear and concise. He explained everything about shoulder surgery and what to expect. He also has a protocol that is in writing so you know what to do before and after the surgery with a clear timeline for recovery. The office staff is friendly and professional. I chose Dr Cuff for my reverse shoulder replacement surgery.
