Dr Cuff is one of the most understanding and compassionate MDs I’ve ever encountered. Very efficient and knowledgeable office staff. Dr Cuff performed two total shoulder replacements for me. I can’t imagine where I’d be without him today.
Unfortunately, the surgery performed by Dr. Cuff was unsuccessful, and nine months later, I’m still dealing with pain. During follow-up appointments, DR. Cuff ordered another MRI, which came at an additional cost to me. Due to delays in his office scheduling, my final follow-up fell just outside the 90-day post-op window, leading to an unfair charge to both my insurance and myself. Dr Cuff and his team are efficient and on time. My surgery went very well.
Very friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Cuff is very shoulder knowledge and interacts well with patients.
They squeezed me in for an appointment on the day after I called. Staff is friendly and professional, and Dr. Cuff is wonderful and expert.
Dr. Cuff was pleasant informative and I was seen in a timely manner. Always explains your issue in a thoughtful manner and offers proactive solutions.
Dr. Cuff and the entire staff are wonderful. The wait time is terrible appointment at 11:40 got into his office at 12:20. I have to admit once I was in the office area the wait was only about 10 minutes.
